I have a notebook computer and use a mouse rather than the built in pad. But I have to get the noteook out and set it up each time I want to use it. Not a big problem, but if I could have at least one less wire to untangle it would be a help.

Anyone use one? Good and/or bad points?

Thanks for the help.

laffnliv,

IMHO, the wireless mouse is the only way to go with a laptop. I could never get the hang (speed) of using the pad on the laptop. I started out with a small cord type mouse and when it went out, replaced it with a optic wireless one. It also is great on the plane with no wires and with the optic you can use it on any surface without the need of a mouse pad.

I even went with a 'pocket 10 key pad' as I was never good at using the numbers above the keyboard.

Hope this helps,

A wireless mouse really is the only choose just don't go cheap on it or you will be throwing it across the room every time you need to reset the signal. A good one should run you about $20-25 (u.s) and it will be worth every penny.

You guys are a big help. I bought my corded mouse in Pattaya at a great price. I will price them here in the States (came back for Xmas). They sound like they are quite reasonable, so may buy here rather than back in LOS.
