Condo rental 3-5 times year

I'm looking to rent a condo from a fellow board member when he's not in town. I come to Pattaya 3 to 5 times a year and I stay for 21 days. Since I'm retired I can work my trips around your schedule.

 

I'm a good guy to rent to because I'll take care of your place.

BiGD, you could house-sit the owner's condo for a small fee, say 5,000 a month.

If you don't have any success with the condo rental, look into renting an apartment yourself. I found a nice one for 6,500 a month + utilities. I'm planning on visiting Pattaya 6 times next year for 30 day stays so this works out cheaper than paying for each trip seperately plus I don't have to haul my shit back and forth. If you could find another boardmember or two you could sublet it when your not in town.
