News on new hotel?

When I stayed at BJ's Guest House on Beach Road and Soi 1 in 2003, BJ told me they were building a new, larger hotel closer to South Pattaya. I believe it was going to be on Beach Road as well.

 

I've tried to stay in contact with him, but his email address on his website doesn't seem to work any longer.

 

I thought it was planned to open soon, so I was wondering if anyone has any news or even knows what I'm talking about.
