Bangkok hotels revisited...ad nauseum

Ok, I need to deceide on where to stay...I am thinking The Grottino hotel or The President Solitaire...

 

I have my girlfriend staying with me, I want a nice place at a reasonable rate, I do not care about the food just the quality of the room...Does not have to be close to P4P areas, but on the skytrain line would be great...

 

Any suggestions or comments? Thanks and see you all in a month...
