I'm having a very similar procedure done outside of Pattaya in a few weeks time. Extraction (1,000) and bone graft (6,000-12,000) first visit, and later (3-6 months?) come back to install the post at then the crown (40,000+). Kinda sucks getting it done on vacation, but maybe an excuse to take a few nights easy, and will likely be saving $3,500+ US dollars. I had a friend go to the same place a few years back and was very successful. I will report back on my experience.

Way over blown. The fine doesn't hurt, but the 4 games without Brady and by far the worst are the draft picks. Losing picks hurt a team.

I agree with MM, a good cast iron grill pan is essential if not cooking on the BBQ. I have a lot of United FF miles, but won't use them on one their planes unless maybe doing a 4-5 hour hop to South America. The difference between Asian carriers and US carriers is shocking. I have seen some surreal stuff on US planes going trans-pacific - the reason it is the old bag stewardesses with cankles is that its all down to seniority and those flights are the most desirable due to the mandatory time off after long flights, even though most of the time they huddle on milk crates in the galley instead of walking around and offering the passengers anything remotely related to courte

They did, but the USA had some chances at the end, which was promising. The Portugal-Ghana game looked to be the better one from having that match on in the background while watching the US game.

I don't really think it matters how they got in, they deserved it. They played well against Ghana and Portugal, and Portugal got blasted by Germany. Well done to the coach and the team and the future looks promising. Unfortunately, I think the line ends with Belgium, especially if the Belgium coach starts Mirallas. Looking forward to watching Colombia play Brazil while in Colombia on July 4 if they both make it to the final 8.
