Serviced Apartments/House rental

Next February myself and my crew are thinking about renting serviced apartments or a house for 3 weeks. I have found one 5 bedroom house and seen a lot of serviced apartments but stupid me I didn't check them out when I was in town a few weeks ago. There will be a minimum of 6 guys coming with the possibility of up to 10. The qualifications are as follows.

 

- Proximity to the fun, easy baht bus or better yet walking distance to beach/second road.

 

- As many bathrooms as possible, you never know what the last guy was up to in there. i.e. 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The higher the ratio the better.

 

- Keeping all of us fairly close; I'd jump for the house I found but at least one person will be the odd man out and I don't want to do that

 

- Price no more than 7500 THB per person per week.

 

- Shouldn't be an issue with apartments or houses but guest friendly

 

- Any other perks are a plus.
