has anyone ever stayed at the Sanya apartments near the south pattaya market? Any info would be welcome.

I found them on their website. They were very helpful and sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. The rooms looked great on the site. On arrival, I found they were so far up south pattaya road facing a giant noisy square. nonetheless, i was there so i wanted to see my room. they have no elevator so i lugged my bag to the top floor which is what i requested. the room was huge but the outside noise was unbearable and it would take at least 30 minutes to walk to walking street. i lugged my bag down and declined their offer.

 

i'm not really positive who this hotel is suited for. it's far and noisy. i wouldn't recommend.

At least 30 mins to walking street if it is the place i think it is you need to upgrade your zimma frame

If its near South Pattaya Rd, why would you spend 30 minutes to walk to Walking St when you can pay 10 baht and get there in a few minutes on a baht bus.
