Anyone ever stayed Here before. If so any comments please.

My situation is I will be in Pattaya later this year with my five year old so am thinking that a two bedroomed bungalow might come in useful if, by chance, I receive any female visitors after the little one has gone to sleep

Any other suggestions would be appreciated as it's been six years since I last visited Pattaya, then as a married man, and have not kept in touch with the accomodation or bar scene. Now I'm single again I'm up for some fun.

i've stayed there 4-5 times in the 700bt rooms.

three sections that run from beach road to 2nd road, like the center section best

outside pool is nice and at beach road end in section 3 where the resturant is, 24 room sevice with thai and german food but nothing great, food enough for a pool snack or late night in room snack

is right next door to the Hard rock so you can send the little one over there for a fee to swim in the multiple pools.

rooms are getting a bit woren and the shower is the individual heater unit with low presure, a/c is runn with room key, although tou can get around that.

i liked the place might be nice for family, quit and out of the way, quit going there because i like soi 13 location better
