Hotels with suites.

Many previous posts re accommodation, I know but best suggestions appreciated.

Prefer as follows

 

Big, soft beds

Good pool

Guest friendly - no joiner

Clean

Friendly staff

Central Pattaya area or near

Good value and not over - priced

 

 

Also: As I prefer GFE; where to go for good food with good music to dance to (not rap or hip hop as I'm into older 50's, 60's, 70's music). Would maybe like to slow dance with my tilac so maybe piano bar type place would be good.

Residence garden fits the bill almost perfectly, except its a little bit out of the way, if you book through here its 1`350 a night, if you want two room suite thats the least you will pay I think.

 

Can`t think of any piano bars, but matbe the bamboo bar if you want a dance, live bands and decent music.

Sandy Springs hotel has suites for 1950 baht per night. Two huge rooms, two televisions. Girl friendly. Staff very nice. Located on Soi 13 which is in the center of everything. Swimming pool decent. For music can't beat the Blues Factory. Great rock music from Lam Morrison and the house band is pretty good also. There is also a small bar just as you enter Walking street on the right side that has some laid back music with a band. Do not know the name though.

The most difficult thing to find will be a SOFT bed !!!

Sabai Lodge has great pools (3 of them!) but the suites are a it pricey. The Pool front rooms are pretty nice, though.
