Looking for hotel/apt. for month's stay in BKK?

Hey there,

 

I know that this is a Pattaya-focused forum, but I was hoping to get some recommendations for a short-term apartment (one month) in BKK.

 

I am looking for:

 

- close to Sukhumvit Area (soi 4-20)

- studio is alright

- serviced or nonserviced ok

- $20.000baht ($500USD) or less

Try a search for Centre Pointe, they have seaveral locations in Bangkok. I stayed at the on off Silom Road for 6 months. They are serviced apartments and most are very nice.

Just saw the rates at Centre Point, may be a little high.

 

Try asking the guys at Nanpong, many of them live in Bangkok.

This place is very affordable only problem is about 10 minute walk to Nana Plaza or Sukhumvit if you don't like walking. I on the other hand find the stroll up Soi 4 very nice.

The electric and water charges are a little high though. Expect a studio to cost about 15,000 including a lot of aircon use.
