Gulf Air ...... Dublin-BKK

Gulf Air has announced a new 3 x weekly non-stop service between Dublin and Bahrain.

 

The schedule is not due to commence until the first week of December but it may afford some high-season bargains for those guys on the other side of the water.

 

The schedule links into connections to/from Bangkok and looks something like:

 

Dublin - Bangkok

 

Wed, Fri, Sun (arrives BKK Thu, Sat, Mon)

 

GF24 Dep DUB 0830 Arr BAH 1905

 

GF150 Dep BAH 2230 Arr BKK 0910 +1

 

Bangkok - Dublin

 

Tue, Thu, Sat (arrives DUB Wed, Fri, Sun)

 

GF151 Dep BKK 1825 Arr BAH 2200

 

GF23 Dep BAH 0115 +1 Arr DUB 0645 +1

 

Hopefully this will give some guys a decent alternative to the trek through Heathrow.

Yea, spotted it on the paper. Not of much use to me personally as Dublin is a long journey with all the problems of traffic, and a crap airport. But for some one in the Dublin area it eliminates the Heathrow stopover, and makes it an attractive proposition.

Yeah same here and I absolutely detest Dublin Airport as well and it's a 2.5 hr drive away, where my own airport is 15 min drive.

The only way I would go this way is if the price was too good to refuse, maybe they will have December Deals when every other airline is charging an arm n a leg, good link ups tho, thanks for the Info Tom. I could also fly Shannon to Dublin maybe, but as I say, it all depends on the price. i like Gulf Air as well, was on them once and found them ok
