SQ to launch Bangkok to Tokyo service

From September 2005, Singapore Airlines will launch a six-times weekly direct service between Bangkok and Tokyo.

 

SQ996 will depart Singapore at 2035hrs and arrive in Bangkok at 2200hrs for a one-hour stopover. The flight will continue at 2300hrs and arrive in Tokyo the following morning at 0655hrs.

 

In the reverse direction, SQ995 will depart Tokyo at 0925hrs and arrive in Bangkok at 1335hrs. The flight will depart Bangkok at 1435hrs and arrive in Singapore at 1800hrs on the same day.

thanks for the post dung heap.

 

United often has sales to tokyo for around 400 to 500. from tokyo to bkk takes 20,000 ff miles. If sing is adding flights on top of thais flights then it shoud make it much easier to use ff miles to get to bkk. B) :unsure:
