Need Reservation at RG

Help! I need assistance in making reservations at the RG. I'm traveling with my 10 year old son and need a two bed room suite at the RG during 17-29 Dec 05. I have stayed at RG at least 10 times and Ib will recall my name. His staff will remember my son Justin. My problem is that I've been trying to make reservations from both my office and home for over a week with no success. I have used both email addresses below but I get a failure to deliver response. The holidays are rapidily approaching and I really would like to stay at the RG. I would appreciate if a member could please provide me with the another email address or make the reservation for me.
