Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Its website strongly implies it is guest friendly, but I've never heard of it and I doubt its claim that it has an after-hours downstairs bar in the old tradition of the Thermae and Grace Hotel in BKK. Location is a bit remote and prices are suspicously low, especially for peak season, which is what I'm looking for.

I am willing to bet they are guest friendly and probably do have downstairs bar etc. Probably a smaller than their website would make it seem. Their prices are appropriate for the distance from the main drag area of walking st beach rd and seconds street. According to their map it is located between 3rd rd and sukumvit. I often have a car when I am in pattaya and drive to carrefour and other places. That location is probably going to be a 60 -100 bahy baht bus (taxi) ride from walking street. :clueless :banana

You might want to pm soi7. I think he was living by carrefour for awhile. He could give you an idea of the distance. 2guns

Had some friends staying near there. Though they had a motor bicycle.

10 baht to Carrefour, if that's the route the taxi is taking.

Bit of a pain staying there I imagine, if you don't have your own transport.
