People i know have stayed there and said its very nice.

Location is'nt to my liking though.

I would say so. You would just have to wait on the corner of Pattaya Tai and Second Road.

I stayed there last xmas, very new building, clean and nice rooms. The beds though are on wheels and have a tendency to go rolling around the room. Can also be a problem getting a baht bus, most pass you out as it's not a regular route and the ones that stop, tend to take you to the lights at beach road which cross second road. I going to Los this xmas and have just today put in a request for accomodation to stay there as everyplace is filling fast, I'd like to have stayed in J&P Court again, but that was full when I enquried at the hotel when staying there two weeks ago. Diamond city had vacancies throughout the xmas period last year, so I hope to get a room there again this year

3kms from the beach is what is written on the website. Doesn't look too far from Soi BuaKaow, if you like that sort of thing.

I went through 24.org got a reply this morning saying all full, but suggested Diamond Beach on Soi Diamond instead, heard previously that this place is crap, so won't be booking this place
