17,500 Free United/Alliance Miles

Recommended Posts

If your American you can get 17.500 United frequent flyermiles by applying for their credit card. In addition, you get 1 mile for every dollar you charge so i use the card for everything.

There is a $60 annual fee, however when it comes time for renewal, you ask them to waive the fee and they will. or at least they did for me. In the unlikely event they won't , you just cancel the card at renewal.

Just call 1-888-298-4346. I would ask that you please let them know your friend with United Mileage Plus # 03 09 83 70 527 refered you as this will get me 5,000 miles and doesn't cost you anything.I also recomend that if an Indian guy answers, you just hang up and call right back, as the overflow calls go to India and just testing out the number, the American babe told me I'd be getting 17,500 miles while the Indian guy didn't seem to know what's up, since the call was forwarded to a more general number.

I can also help you out with other painless ways to get miles, with Netbank being one of the easiest but lots of other ways. I've accumulated about 85K miles other than for flying, and it only takes 60K for a free trip. Btw you can tack on the PI or Bali for no extra charge. Fidelity is another good way if you have some money to invest.
