I've been having trouble with .avi files. I get perfectly clear video, but sound is garbled.

This has happened with all .avi files, not just from this site.

I have been told I should re-load the application, but I cannot remember where I originally

downoaded it. If a re-load is appropriate, would any member of the forum plaese share a safe, secure site from which I can download the application?
