Does this place have the same non-adjustable aircon as the Sabai Lodge?

 

And any thoughts on which room type is the best value?

which I discovered on my last day in Pattaya last week. Did not have a chance to look at the room because there were all fully book. According to them, all rooms have safety box. It is at Soi 5

 

Judging from the buffet breakfast displayed (it is much more better than Prima Bella Villa and the Mike Orchid Resort at Soi 4 which are also quite new)and the nice lobby, other facilities as well as attractive promotion price I think this could be more value for money as compared to Prima Bella Villa and Mike Orchid Resort.

It does look very nice and new. In room internet and safe. I just booked Bella Villa Prima, and might have booked this instead, had I known about it.

 

Note: it is more expensive than Bella Villa Prima (the promotion ends April 6, 2006), and their website states they require a 50% deposit at least two weeks prior to your reserved dates.

It seems to be a nice place.

 

I don t have book something now, and you give me the chance to try this hotel.

 

My first choice was Areca executive room, but there is no place at my dates, so I send emails to lk metropole, sabai lodge, bella villa prima, nirvana boutiques (nice but far away) and now this place.

 

I will see in the few days for booking.

I had no chance to ask them about the guest policy as there were lot of guests waiting for the check in when I was there touring around the hotel. I suggest that you email the hotel directly to confirm this.

I stayed at Sabai Resort in Feb and thought it was good value. 1250 Bt per night (no breakfast). Aircon is same as sabai lodge/Inn with low/medium or high setting. 2 pools it is a very relaxing place to stay and location is superb. Big C is next door. I checked out 5 or 6 places close by and most were a little more expensive.

Thanks for the response. Best Beach sounded like an interesting place, so I mailed them and asked about guest policy. No answer after 3 days.

 

On the other hand I got 2 quick answers back from Sabai Resort with 20% discount on their list prices in April. So they will get my business this time.

A second after my last post I got a reply from Best Beach on guest policy:

 

So policy on guest in room , Room can stay two persons who

have to check in together if check in only one person, We give breakfast

only one and We have safety box free of charge in the room .
