Town Houses

Hi Guys

Can anyone give an estimate for renting a town house. It needs to be close to a songthow route. I am in a one bedroom apartment at the moment and need to move.

It depends on how many rooms, swimmingpool, standard and location - starting 15,000 to over 250,000 per month.

I have a townhouse next to Buffalo Bar. 2 years old, you can rent the top floor (bedroom, bath, seperate living room) for B15,000 per month. Must be a non smoker. Share kitchen and livingroom on 1st floor or rent bedroom only on second floor and share same facilities on ground floor. B10,000.

Must be a non smoker, and like pets. I have 3 puppies that come with me along with my Cockatoo. The puppies are miniature pinchters and a miniature Schnauzer. My wife and I travel back and forth between our home in Udon Thani and this one in Pattaya. Great location, quiet with bhat busses all around.

I am interested in sharing a townhouse too, I have a live in girlfriend and a dog too, rottweiler/pitbull mix. He is a friendly dog but likes to chew on things, he likes to play with other dogs too.

I can pay up to 15,000 baht a month.

Would you be interested in the 3rd floor unit? My wife is petrified of big dogs, especially rotweillers and Pitbulls. The 3rd floor is a seperate lockable unit but furniture is new and I would need security damage deposit.

 

Also critical that you and TGF are non smokers.

 

Do you live LOS year round? Retired? Where from in Canada? I lived in Souther Ontario for 10 years, have many Canadian friend who come to visit.
