New Hotel at Tims Beer Bar?

Does anybody know if the new hotel that the owner of Tims Beer Bar was building is ready?

I walked past there on March 15,and they were still gutting the place.

I was talking with Tim when I was in Pattaya in March & she told me it would be about 3 more months before finished.

The hotel is a new one. 60 rooms plus a pool on the roof. It is on the left hand side down the side road north of Tims Bar.
