Been on their web site and they have Nov 2005 and 2006 as starting dates.Tried the official U-TAPAO website and well..............

Any of you twelve honest and true chaps got the answer ? Dates are flexible but looking around July 28,return 31st.

I hope u get the info you need.. I can tell you this. That you can walk into any travel office and buy a ticket to PP just a cpl hours before it leaves. You can haglle prices at this end too. Its not a big deal at all if your already here in Patts. If not I understand why your checking. But if your in town no savings whatsoever on buying it from your end in advance etc..

Thanks mate.

The info I am working on historically is that it is only possible to fly to Cambodia from BKK? Don't really want the hassle of trecking back to Don Muang if U-TAPAO has the option of flying there now ?

I hope another poster can answer you. I have flown to PP through U Tapoe but I never saw a flight to Siem Riep from there. I dont even thenink they have it direct to PP any more. Hey I could be wrong and I know what you mean about dragging it all the way up to Don Muang!! Its a pain and can get spendy too!! Hope you get your answer and its more encouraging than mine!

I just tried to book a U-Tapao to Siem Reip flight for April, and it came back OK:

And yes, the name does make you wonder if you should avoid them at some times of the month!

This may be a silly question but what do you do about a Visa? I hadn't heard about this route before but it certainly looks interesting. Will they issue a Visa when you land? What about Thai Nationals?

Cheers

Yep Immigration at SR will issue a 1 month tourist visa for $20usd. Same same for Thai national.

Take Passports and 1 pic each.
