Was in Patts Mar/Apr and noticed new hotel above Smile Court (Happy Bar). Asked the misuss and she said it was Tims new hotel.

 

Any idea of the rooms and rates.

I don't think the place has opened yet, Soi 7 posted on another thread that he heard that the rooms with jacuzzis were around 3K a night.

Shit the 900 bahts special must be doing the trick, so what is he/(she) gonna charge normal times - not the 3,000 bahts!!!!
