Free Laptops for Thailand's Children

One would be concerned that if these computers are distributed in the poorer rural areas, what is stopping the parents from selling them.

The laptops are a GOOD start but they REALLY need to provide free Internet wi-fi.

 

Their pretty useless without Internet acess.
