I read somewhere a new hotel opened in Pattaya called "New Day- Nite Hotel".

Can anyone care to comment on this place. Room conditions, bathrooms, pool?, room size etc.

Also what is the location of this place--near any monger sites?

And most important, guest friendly?:chogdee2

I think there're at least 2 (probably 3) Day-Night Hotels in South Pattaya. The one you mention has the name "New Day-Night Hotel", but it's at least 6 months since I saw it first time.

Yes, a small soi runs along side of the hotel although there is nothing in front of the hotel and South Pattaya Rd. Also there is plenty of action nearby, many boy massage joints and boy go-gos if thats what your into.

I have never stayed at the new Day-Nite but a friend of mine did,it is the one at location described by Emil.

My friend has been to Pattaya many times and did not feel comfortable or safe in this hotel in fact leaving some valuables with me for safe-keeping.

Above only 1 person`s view but I would rather post it than keep quiet.

Up to You.

Thanks for the feedback, guess I could scratch this place off my list. Always willing to try something new but not if its already getting bad reviews.

Also, seems near more LB or boy/boy places but I'm strictly only into puyings :chogdee2

Because of a couple of deaths in the last year at the hotel it is also known as the Night Night Hotel or the Check Out Hotel :banghead

I checked out the Day/Night hotel - big place but looks old.

The hotel is very dirty and the stairway carpet looked like it had not been vacumed for a year - trust me - that is NO exageration.

The room I was shown for 600 baht was dire - a joke compared to the low season charge of 750 baht for Sabai Inn - also the many pubs like Tropical Berts etc:

The bloke on reception was half asleep and could not be bothered to deal with me. I'd rather stay at Anna Jets than this dump and thats saying something! I would not feel safe in the Day/Night hotel and the place felt lonely, spooky and unsafe.

The rooms are probably worth 200 baht.

AVOID
