LK Pavillion or Diamond City

I've found mostly good reviews about the Diamond City Apartments, apart from one site that slated it and said it was full of cockroaches!!! I can't find much about the LK Pavillion however. I'm mainly looking for long term places that have a pool and wi-fi, and these are the places I've come up with so far.

 

Has anyone here stayed at either. LK is 20,000thb and the Diamond City is 9,000.
