I've lived here for about 8 months. I have a 1 bedroom apartment 80 sq meters. good staff and good place to stay.

I just got a condo in Jomtien so I'll be moving Monday.

no problem bringing girls up or ladyboys for that matter. one of the tenants was partial to that and had a different one up every night.

food in the restaurant is also ok. close to the action but not in the middle of it. Baht bus will drop you off right at the driveway.

If you want to rent a bike there is plenty of parking in the basement.

I just wanted to give an update on the LK Pavillion...

I've updated the hotel review section and left my review, but I wanted to leave a few pictures.

Pros:

- Great, friendly staff

- Pretty quiet, away from the action for a good night's sleep

- Next to Bob's BBQ

- Decently priced at 28K a month which includes electricity/water

- Guest friendly...no problems whatsoever

Cons:

- Shower is not separate...gets entire bathroom wet

- Bed's a little hard as are the pillows...no box springs

- Pool's small and doesn't get much sun

- No UBC in the room

Here are some pics:

This must be a studio, I had a 1 bedroom. large bathroom with seperate tub and shower.

agree about the pool.

You'll find allot of the bathrooms in many hotels are small and the shower is in close quarters some of them right on top of the tolet

Yep...forgot to add it was a studio...peeked in on the larger rooms and they looked pretty nice.

Yeah, I hate those showers...miserable. I'll make sure to avoid a shower like that on my next trip.

I took a look at the LK Metropole and they had a regular bathtub/shower setup which I would prefer.

Greetings Photoguy

I looked at the 1 bedroom apartments, and thought they were very nice. I think the going rate being quoted by the reception desk was 45 ,000 Baht a month. If its not arude question, how much did you pay for your apartment at the pavilion ?
