Cham Isaan,right on the corner of third road and south Pattaya road.You can eat and drink there also.Live music every night.Mostly Thai people,but always a few falang there.

There is a Thai music place half-way down Soi 2, called Kum Punn or similar,

 

Years since I visited Kum Pann, but at that time it was a nightclub with western music. Maybe they played some thai music too but absolutely no morlam or other Isaan music, as most thais don't like that.

 

About six weeks ago there was a morlam concert in an open place higher up on 3rd Rd, so ask the BGs for such arrangements.

 

Still not so many people with money are coming from Isaan - if any - so music is for farang and central thais. Actually the place mentioned above (3rd Rd - South Pattaya Rd) is the only place I've ever heard of playing Isaan music in Pattaya.
