Low rise Condo one or two bedroom

End of this week, early next week I am in the market for two Condos for rent , one year lease probably will extend . Prefer two condos same block or near each other. Prefer one or two bedroom consider large studios .

Must be close to baht bus route, the girlfriend cannot drive and likes to go to Big C and the like.

Absolutely MUST have ADSL internet or ability to install .

Must be low rise , not interested in View Talay or the like, my girl wont stay in high rise after a very bad experience in one as a child.

MUST have nice garden area and pool.

Prefer Sth Pattaya, Central Pattaya or Jontiem
