aloha! seeing how this is my 4th trip to pattaya beach im kept up to date with the newest scams adn going ons....for the most part. however, this will be my first time making a trip to pattaya during christmas and new years. now what im wondering is what the nightlife is like during that time. is it as wild as usual or pretty mellow. i ahve a good idea where im staying so any new info would be great. mahalo!

Welcome to the board. XMas in Pattaya is over the top compared to any other time of year. More parties, more people. It's the middle of high season and it's called that for a reason.

yeah i live here in waikiki beach actaully....if all things go right, i should be flyin out to pattaya beach in a coupl of weeks

Not this year it aint! I saw a weather report the other day that says we might not get a "cool season" for another 40 years

 

Obviously its a bit better than April but its still fukkin hot here now.

 

I was 4 years in Bangkok before moving recently and although the official average in BKK is higher there is a lot more shade and air-con so it seems a LOT cooler. Its hot here for the time of year.
