Aromdee apartments

When I was in Pattaya earlier in the year I kept seeing Aromdee Apartments advertised in the Pattaya newspapers.

 

The apartments were pretty cheap. I understand they are basically for long-term letting.

 

Anyone ever stayed there? What are the apartments like?

I think but not 100 % sure it's the same place where I went to look a condominium 2 years ago - on 3rd Rd near North Pattaya Rd - price was around 1 million baht. The house wasn't ready and a thai guy had small ads placed all over Pattaya. The funny thing it was a local number in Phuket and a mobile number. A TG showed the condo and after that told me to phone the man. Even more funny was speaking with him as he discounted the price himself every minute. He in the end of the conversation even offerred me to rent the one bedroom apartment for around 8,000 baht/month if I rented for at least 1 year. Probably never sold a condo there and now is renting out. Not so bad place if you have a motorbike or a car but not over 12,000 baht/month IMO.

Sorry elef think you have the wrong place there.

 

3rd road going North, over the lights at Pattaya Nua they are 50yds on the right. Falang operated clean basic rooms three floors, small shop/laundry on site. OK for m/c parking but very tight for truck/pickup.

 

OK but you can get a lot better for little more baht.

 

But as a cheap permanent 'loom' whynot ? Take the worry out of high season hotel shortages!!

It may be the same arae but its NOT Aromdee hes talking about (as with most of Pattaya there are many condos etc in that generality)

 

Aromdee is way cheaper

Thanks Regyai - yes, that's the one. Wow, cheaper than I remember!

 

You said in your other post "OK but you can get a lot better for little more baht". Where were you thinking of? I must say I'd prefer somewhere a little more central.

Lots of apartments at the 7/8K p.m. price range (long term) all over town

 

Lots of new ones around Carrefour area.
