New Hotel on Soi One

Anyone have any info on the new hotel on Soi One? It looked like it was ready to open last time I was in town. If anyone has a chance to drop by and check it, please let me know. It looked quiet and pleasantly out of the way, though from what I saw from the outside the interior looked much like an office.

No info about rooms, but had breakfast there recently. Nice buffet and decent price.

Two weeks ago when I checked the rooms they quoted me 1800 baht per night. The rooms don't have safes. They were clean, nice but not spectacular. If I recall the TV was on the smallish size. Didn't pay clsoe attention because I like in room safes so I had decided against going there.
