BEST BEACH VILLA

Decided to take a chance on The Best Beach inspite of their insistence on 50% advance payment. The one review is a good one and the website www.bestbeachpattaya.com looks promising. Just wondered if any board member had actually stayed their yet?

Never stayed but passed a few times and it looks very good, not sure about the 50% up front though when are you going.

I was staying at the bella villa soi4 untill end of jan and they are building a new hotel/condo which is right at the back of best beach villa. The noise was quite bad even from the bella villa

Hi,

 

I gotta admit that it looks good.

 

I normally stay at the Sabia Lodge but they did not have the type of room available that I like so I booked the Areca.

 

I like the Soi 2 - Soi 5 or 6 part of town.

 

I would be very keen to hear your thoughts on "The Best Beach" as I would consider it myself for future.

I stayed there at my last visit to pattaya in december. Great hotel and staff, luxurious rooms and a great location. Just make sure you don't get a room close to the elevator, the "plong" sound was just a little bit irritating. I think the hotel is only one or two years old so it's quite new. Also no problems whatsoever taking girls to the room.

I've booked in for a week from March 22nd so will report back on my return. They were fairly insistent on the 50% deposit ( maybe this changes when they know you ) and i paid by bank transfer as hearing the words Thailand and credit cards in the same sentence generally makes me nervous.

This place is a bit more expensive than others, but you do get what you pay for. Bigger rooms, king size bed, sitting area with quality sofa, and a good breakfast buffet. I enjoyed it and would stay again. Only possible improvement: fans in the exercise rooms and not a small AC unit.

Mook, how was the noise, someone mentioned new construction going on? Do they offer Internet service in the rooms, room safe? What size room did you have to get the sofa? Thanks!
