As you say a return on Etihad is circa 35,000 baht to UK.

Ive previously paid just under 25,000 baht one way via pattaya travel agents so certainly good deal.

By all means send me his email/phone via PM.

The Etihad service from man to bkk is really good, which i have used a few times now. Prior to that i used to use Qatar which is also a really good airline. I've just booked to fly out on xmas day from man to bkk with Qatar, booked the flight with Qatar airways uk agents call 'MyQatar' was £30 cheaper than anywhere else on the net, so its well worth a try.

MyQatar is not Qatar Airways appointed agent (whatever that means) and have no connection whatsoever with the airline. They are a bog standard travel agent (part of the My Vacations group of companies).

I have used Emirates, Qatar and Etihad. Booked with Qatar again this time from Manchester. I find Emirates to be my first choice and Qatar/Etihad second. I managed to get Etihad for £399 in Oct 2006 but this year it was booked up so went with Qatar for £499. Etihad is now showing available at £469. AAARRRGGGHHHHH
