Have just hear that the Malibu Samet House 2 on Sio Buakhao has been sold

does anybody know anything about this

is it still going to just be a bar/guesthouse

and anybody know if the rates have changed

ye bt not a lot of info on there

there are two e-mail adresses also but i canot imagine getting a response
