View Talay 3 is in a quiet location between Pattaya and Jomtien..There is a restaurant next to the pool .Good food and low prices and a 7/11 type convenience store at the building entrance.You will have about a 200 meter walk to moto taxis 40 B into Walking Street.There are no bars within walking distance.But you are on absolute beachfront.
