These guys are making enemies amongst the Thais and the expats faster than they can come up with excuses for their behavior.

I think the 'concept' has it's uses, for the time being until the Thais can provide sufficient manpower, and educate some in foreign languages. The fact that they are volunteers says something about the type they might get, and this guy demonstrated holes in the recruitment filtering.

 

Diplomatic types with language skills yes.....

Officious types who like to dress up in uniforms with lots of badges and a batman utility belt, complete with pepper spray ....no.
