Anyone stayed at balitaya resort in Pattaya?

I made some enquiries thru another forum when this place's name came up about 6 weeks ago.Found it to be poorly located and for the low season of July/Aug way over the top!

Stayed there about 3 weeks ago.Couldnt fault it, although a bit out of the way.Only 5 minute walk to soi buakow so plenty of bakt buses there.It had a small pool and cant really say its a resort hotel.If you just looking for a bed the rooms are large and well turned out.

I go it for 800bht which was ok considering its advertised alot dearer.My g/f is a tour guide so she is good at getting price down.i staye there for just under 4 weeks in tbetween going to koh samui and koh chang and was happy with the service.ABF in the mornings too and of course no charge for ladies.

Location should be much improved once the new mall is completed later this year as you'll then be able to cut through to 2nd Rd.
