Taxi fare price to Had Lek/Koh Kong (Cambodian Border)

2 others and myself are going to Koh Kong early June; mini bus price is 800 baht each so we are considering getting a taxi to the border.

I have had 1 quote of 3500 baht for the journey and was wandering if anybody has used a taxi to the border before and what did they pay and which company did they use or was it just a regular taxi

 

I understand that the taxi will be coming back empty and will need to make up money on the journey
