6 month lease

I'm planning on staying in the Pattaya/Jomtien area for 6 months. I want something nice, but I don't want to pay a fortune. Anybody have any good recommendations. Just looking for best overall value considering any and all factors.

Ring Eric, a cool American guy, on +086 111 4136. I have been renting one of his condos from him in Jomtien for more than a year now. I am very happy the way things have worked out. He will have a nice condo in your price range at less than 10 000 Baht (studio). It will cost a bit more if you want to have a bigger place. 2 very nice swimming pools and very close to the beach.

 

I have no financial interest in this and I only reply because Eric has always done the right thing by me.

Fortune? I'm looking in the 10-20K baht area. With the focus on bang for the baht.

View Talay 2, starting at about 12k upwards for a high floor studio (circa 46 m2). Less for some others. 1 bedrooms from about 16/18k. 2 pools, mini mart, laundry, taxis etc.

You can get a big furnished condo with separate bedroom, 2x air-con, balcony in Center Condo (Pattaya Tai / opposite Tukcom) for 15k a month + bills.

 

 

 

Only a 4 minute walk to Walking Street and conenient for the market as well.
