I have a studio condo that has been gutted and fully renovated in Jomtien Beach Condo.It has a full kitchen with everything, big western style bathroom with a stall shower and granite countertops.It is located on the 14th floor and has great ocean views. There is a 29" flatscreen color tv..cable installed ,a dsl hookup and Index furniture. Jomtien Beach Condo is located rite on Beach Rd. and there is 24/7 baht bus and motorbike taxis available.There are 2 huge swimming pools,8 restaurants,laundries,internet cafes and maid service. My condos are the nicest studios in this complex for rent and I rarely have vacancies.My tenant is moving to a larger condo as he has a new addition to the family Please feel free to call me for a showing. I have rented all my condos to board members and they would all be happy to give a good reference if necessary.

I am happy to give a good reference and post a picture. I have been renting from Eric for more than a year and it was a good descicion to move into one of his places. I don't think I will be moving from here for a long time to come.

I have been renting from Eric for a year, he is an excellent landloard and I never had a problem. I just finished up my lease and am moving to a bigger place in the same building. Eric has always been responsive and quick to help out even with things not associated with his property.

Your lady and my lady are the best of friends, You already know that. Your TG has successfuly moved to her new place just a few doors away and she did all the hard work by herself. I hope you enjoyed the pics I helped to send a few days ago. The Internet Cafe down below was out of commission. I hope to get to know you better when you get back for your next break from Iraq. WOW............Thanks guys for the kind words. I just try and treat people like I want to be treated and really try to take good care of my tenants.This condo renting has been really good for me due to the great quality of people who have rented from me.We have carved out some good friendships that I am confident will last for a long time. I have gotten alot of inquires for a 1 or 2 month stay.I really prefer the 1 year lease and have priced my condos very low to acheive this.Any questions feel free to email me
