Residence Garden monthly rate

Anyone know what the current monthly rate is for Residence Garden? I emailed them, but haven't heard back in two days.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think it's a little over 30,000 baht (about 1,000 baht per day).

I stayed there a month in april it was 33,000 bht at the time.

Ive sent them 2 emails for booking about 2 months ago about 2 weeks apart. I didnt get one reply. So as far as im concerned they can go whistle through there arses. I wouldnt stay with a bunch of ignorant twats like that if they paid me to do so.

Instead got replys and booking within 1 day with Whitehouse on Soi 13, great response from somone who values good business.
