Though of a similar quality to Mosaik, it's not as good value.

Some may prefer the location of the rooms, overlooking the grounds of the Hard Rock Cafe.

But at 27,000 baht per month, not inclusive of utilities, for the larger room,(think Whitehouse Condotel with more natural light and a balcony and full screen doors...actually forget about Whitehouse Condotel then, but similar quality of furnishings) it's only decent value.

They have a kitchen area, but I see any cooking facilities.

At 7 baht per unit of electricity for the monthly option, I would be having a word with them about modifying that price before signing a contract.

Other than that a nice discreet location with private Keycard access.

 

Daily all inclusive rates are 1200 baht for the standard size rooms and 1600 for the rooms with the seperated bedroom and living area.

 

Monthly rates are 22500 baht and 27000 baht respectively.

 

Certainly recommended for the shorter staying guest whereas Mosaik is suited for the longer stay guest.

 

No pool.
