It's a very new, nicely appointed place, though a little awkward to access. 650 baht per night. 590 baht per night for longer stays.

 

It's recommended to those on a budget, who don't need a pool.

 

No pictures at the moment, but that is a moot point as they don't take internet/email bookings.

 

Best to go and take a look for yourself.

 

Free Internet access, though I'm not sure if Wireless yet.

I was wondering the same. It seems to be a fair walk down to Pratamnak Road though not too far from South Pattaya Road. It can't be too far from Soi DAy Night?

 

Without a web-site or the ability to accept bookings by e-mail, I don't see many people choosing it. Certainly, it's not for me as it doesn't have a pool.

The reason why it's been mentioned is that it's brand new, nicely appointed and good value for money.

 

If someone chooses to take a look whilst in Pattaya and it's suits, that's a positive.

 

If not, no harm done.

 

Either way, no skin off my back.

 

I did plan to take photos, but events overtook and there was no time to do so.

 

It's probably worth mentioning that the Arabs have fast discovered this place, so it's already busy.

As I said, it looks good for the money.
