Eastiny Residence Soi 10

Anyone got any experience of the Eastiny Residence on Beach Road Soi 10?

 

I am considering staying there. I have previously stayed at the Eastiny on Soi 7 and liked it. But I'm a bit hesitant to stay there again this time, because I like to take girls from the bars on soi 7 & 8 and it would get a bit akward when they can see you walking past every night with a different girl. It wasn't really a problem last time, because I only stayed for 2 weeks, but this next time I will be coming for 6 weeks!!

 

The other thing is I can't really remember seeing much down soi 10? what else is on that soi?

I stayed there shortly after they opened. It was fine, clean and quiet with the basic room. It is right in the middle of the Soi so you have a little walk either to Beach Road or 2nd road.

 

It was nothing special, but O.K. for the price.

Have to agree with MrMango,

 

clean, basic rooms. Pool is ok, but only about 4 sun lurkers. Girl friendly, but if you want to bring more than 1 girl back, the will charge a joiners fee. I would go back, but not for a 6 week stay. There are a couple of Beer Bars across the street from the hotel, so better take a room not oposing Soi 10 to avoide the noice.
