Four Seasons Place 3rd Road - Joiner Fee

For all your info I've e-mailed them and answered my own question, there is no joiner fee. Also, if you want to book this place the cheapest I found was through www.agoda.com - about half price of the website. I got a 92 sq metre one bed suite for 2500bt/night. It looks really nice, will post full report on arrival.

If this is the place not to far from Pattaya Tai, a friend and I took a look while it was still under construction. It's realitively new and was at that time being marketed as a condo project. Probabley the 50% that must be owned by Thais is owned by a Thai Corp and they are using those units as rentals. From the outside the place looked nice and you are just a short walk to the baht bus line on Pattaya Tai.

MY what an impressive looking 92 sq mt suite,at the Agoda price the deal indeed looks a bargain!Although not the ideal situation looks handy as baht buses almost pass by the door!

Was interested so looked up the Agoda/precision/planet rates, all same but very much more expensive for a 1 month stay than their own promotional rates on their Web-site,which I found strange!

Looks a good choice who knows might even see you as April is my intended arrival also! :clueless

That to me would be very "Up-market" compared to my adequate LKMetro digs! :sorry  Be aware however to check if this price INCLUDES 7% VAT!!!! Just had a reply and the quoted 36,000 bht is subject to a further 7% on top. This quote was from them directly, not thru Agoda!

Compared to LK Metropole and LK Royale Suites, it looks like good value, but the location can bee a problem for me. I like to bee inn walking distance to the action. I will probably stick to LK Metropole.
