The dangers of a failing memory

Charlie got stuck doing the grocery shopping one day, and while in the supermarket he noticed a fairly attractive young woman staring intently at him. He looked back her her and finally said, "Excuse me, do I know you?".

 

The young woman replied, "I think you're the father of one of my kids."

 

Charlie immediately panicked. He wracked his brain only to conclude that this could be the woman from the one and only time he ever cheated on his wife some years earlier, so he asked her,

 

"Are you the stripper from Mike's bachelor party about 5 years ago? The one I fucked silly on the pool table while her girlfriend spanked me with a ping pong paddle?".

 

"No", answered the young woman. "I'm your son's teacher".
