Thai dropped the Airbus 340-600 and replaced from 31 March with a boeing 777. has anyone been on the new plane and is it a old or new plane configuration.

i.e personal screens and underseat power plugs in coach.

I would stick to staying on the plane it is a lot easier than going by coach

 

Eva use the 777 which have AVOD but cannot comment on the thai version.

Am travelling on that very flight from Auckland on 24th April,the configuration in economy is 3/3/3 with personal screens,don't know about power points!

30 Business seats with power

 

279 Econ seats no power

 

Prefered the configuration of the 600 as I like a aisle seat as you only one person trying to get past.

 

Am travelling on the 3rd Sept. seat 32 c .

loved the airbus 340-600 as could watch my own movies on laptop with continued power. have to make sure im tired and watch movies when i wake up.
