As I was walking on 3rd Rd today I noticed that the entire undeveloped area between J & P Court and 3rd RD has been graded. Unless they are planning to plant some rice there this could be the site of a new construction project so if anyone has plans to stay at the J & P in the future you may want to do some research.

Thanks for the tip. Was fully booked last year when I tried to book but usually stay there for a bit of each trip.

That must be 4 years Ashleys been there. I would prefer it to a condo too.
