With modern western kitchen and bathroom (no bathtube). Fully furnished.

 

As written above ADSL Maxnet or CAT is the top requirement!

 

Long term rent 6-24 month possible

 

Price up to 25000 Bath / month

Tell him Dave from Bahn Chalita told you to email - he got me a excellent deal on the house I am living in now, and it meets all your requirements - 3Bedroom, 3 full bath (western) even with Urinals lol (very nice to have lol), full western kitchen (tho I did change out the stove for a gas jobbie as I didnt like the electric one), and the village has great security. That, and he got me the house at a very reduced rate. I am sure he has something that would work for you.
