Intel Needed

My emails have gone unanswered and their website appears to be down. Due to the schedule chage of Thai Airways #797 between LAX-BKK, I need to revise my reservation for arrival one day earlier. I will call them on the phone, if necessary, but would prefer not to have to make an international call to deal with this. I am scheduled to arrive on Dec 29 for 6 fun-filled days and nights in LOS.

 

Appreciate any information that might be provided.

They are still there. It's not only their website that is not working. It's the whole Amari website.

Copy that...I found that also. Just thought it was rather strange since they have yet to respond to my email, either. I really want to stay there and cancel my back-up reservation, but am hesitent to do so until they re-confirm the reservation changes, I made online about one month ago. Have been to LOS enough times to know that the electronic methods used around the rest of the world are not as reliable in Thailand.
